All returns must be completed within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange, store credit or refund. **Holiday Gifts Extension** must be completed on or before January 7th.
Items must remain in brand new, resalable condition with tags attached.
Clearance items & Yoga Mats are final sale and not eligible for return.
For shipping returns, you pay the cost to send the item(s) back to us & we will pay the cost to send you the replacement item(s).
Clearance/Sale prices can not be added to exchanges- e.g. If an item goes on Clearance/Sale after purchase that you want to exchange, you do not get the new discounted price when exchanging.
