Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns must be completed within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange, store credit or refund.
    **Holiday Gifts Extension** must be completed on or before January 7th.
  • Items must remain in brand new, resalable condition with tags attached.
  • Clearance items & Yoga Mats are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Clearance/Sale prices can not be added to exchanges- e.g. If an item goes on Clearance/Sale after purchase that you want to exchange, you do not get the new discounted price when exchanging.
  • For shipping returns, you pay the cost to send the item(s) back to us & we will pay the cost to send you the replacement item(s).
  • We cannot be held responsible for returns not arriving to us. We recommend shipping returns with tracking as tracked shipping usually comes with some sort of insurance and can help in the unlikely event your return doesn't make it to us. 
  • Original order shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout or when sending returns.
  • Once an order has been processed we cannot modify or change the order. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made and we will do our best, but can not guarantee the error will be fixed before shipping.
  • All items are inspected before being shipped, however we are humans running a small family business and mistakes can happen. If you feel you have received a damaged/faulty/incorrect item please contact us about the issue within 14 days of receiving the item and we will make it right.
